App license

Afterglow for iPhone is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This page explains the app’s features and membership; it does not replace that license.

Your work

You keep the rights you hold in your photographs and words. Choose material you have permission to use and share. The app creates images locally and does not publish them for you.

Free and Plus

The free app includes the Editorial cover style, unlimited covers, and 1080 px wide exports. An active Plus membership adds the Postcard and Film styles and 2160 px wide exports.

Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription. US pricing is $2.99 per month or $14.99 per year. The App Store confirmation screen shows the actual local price and period before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel through Apple Account subscription settings.

Ending your subscription does not delete saved covers. Plus features remain available through the paid period unless Apple revokes the transaction. Free features remain available afterward. Apple handles refund requests under its policies and applicable law.

Local storage

Keep an exported copy of covers you want to preserve. Your collection is stored on your device and is not an online backup service. Removing the app removes its local collection; backup behavior depends on your Apple settings.
